Came here for a family brunch. There was no one else eating inside. It seems more like a takeout place -- people kept coming in and out to pick up their food. But it was pleasant eating inside. The food was great. A few dishes were pretty good but a few were truly excellent. Even my mom and aunts (who are very picky about their Kerala food) enjoyed it. Would definitely come back!

My best friend and I visited Malabar Coast today for dinner and I was absolutely mind blown by how flavourful and yummy the food tasted. My first time having Kerala food and my bestie (he's from Kerala) ordered some dishes for me to try. He ordered 2 curries Chicken Varutharachatu (Spicy chicken curry cooked to perfection with curry leaves and red chilli, tasted little similar to chettinadu chicken curry with Kerala flavors) CHEMMEEEN MANGA CURRY ( shrimp curry with notes of raw mango, tamarind cooked in coconut oil) , Iddiappam( steamed rice cakes like vermicelli) and parota. The food was exceptionally yummy and I absolutely loved my first Kerala food experience. The iddiappam and shrimp curry was a match made in heaven. Same goes to chicken curry and parota. Will visit again to try out more dishes.
